A deep clean is recommended for all first time cleaning by WinterFresh clean. It allows us extra time to get all the areas that have been missed during regular cleanings in the past. After the initial deep clean, most customers switch to a standard 2 hour clean.
- f you cancel before 48 hours you will receive a full refund to the payment information on file.
- If you cancel within 48 hours of your booking, your booking is credited to your account to use whenever you’d like.

We strive to maintain consistency by sending the same team to clean your home for each visit. If a team member needs to be replaced, our office staff will reach out to you in advance to discuss whether you would prefer an alternative cleaner or if you would like to reschedule to accommodate your preferred team member.
